All USDA commodities should be distributed within 3 months of your receipt date. All USDA commodities stored for 6 months, must be reallocated to another agency through SHFB. Please list all other USDA commodities not mentioned on this inventory sheet. If you have cases of the same item with different expiration dates, list them separately. Please make sure to fill out ALL columns, including the Oldest Expiration Date.
