Second Harvest Food Bank is honored to be named Ball State Student Voluntary Services’ Community Agency of the Year, and then absolutely delighted to know it was through a unanimous vote by SVS leadership!
An overwhelming number of Second Harvest Food Bank volunteers come from Ball State University, often coordinated by Student Voluntary Services. “I had a wonderful time getting to know other Greeks while helping to sort onions to give at the tailgate. It made me feel really good seeing just how much we got accomplished, especially knowing it would all go to help families like mine once was.” – An SVS volunteer.
