Interested in interning for Second Harvest Food Bank? Each year, Second Harvest welcomes several students to our office and warehouse to participate in meaningful real-world training in the food bank industry.
We offer opportunities for post-secondary students studying a wide variety of disciplines.
Our internships are great for those studying public relations, marketing, non-profit management and logistics & supply chain management.
We fight hunger by working with partner agencies, local schools, corporate partners and employing individuals like you to serve hundreds of people each week. If you’d like to become part of our team, please have a look at our current available opportunities.
Serious candidates can submit their cover letter, resume, and contact information to Charlotte Cavanaugh at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Second Harvest also participates in the federal work study program. Federal Work-Study provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student’s course of study and provides part-time employment while you are enrolled in school.
The work-study program is available to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students with financial need who are enrolled full- or part-time and is administered by schools participating in the Federal Work-Study Program.
